Importing a Bonanza to Canada with spar web cracks?

True or false:  an aircraft being imported to Canada with short spar web cracks needs to be repaired first.

If it is done with an export Certificate of Airworthiness, yes.  If it does not have an export C of A, it will have to be fixed before a Canadian C of A will be issued.  No aircraft being imported will be issued a C of A unless ALL AD's are complied with and an inspection is carried out.
