Before first flight, we installed the center overhead console containing the spot lighting and an air vent for each seat position, as well as the cabin speaker.

At the first annual inspection, I determined it was time to start the upholstery work, and so we did.  First, all new mounting rails were fabricated from aluminum extrusion.  Then, all new panels were cut for mounting the upholstery on to.  Finally, foam padding was added, and fabric/vinyl were installed.  The previously cut closed cell foam insulation was reinstalled, and the interior is starting to take shape.  Maybe we'll get the new seats next year.....
